The location is remarkable, the greengage is tranquil and the location is a direct connection to great eateries, venues and landmarks.

I am pleased to be a tenant at Waverly Gardens Apartments.

The property is located in Silver Lake California, but I and a few other tenants like to refer to Silver Lake as a hidden gem.

The building was well maintained. There was a resident manager. Location was good for access to public transportation, stores, shops and restaurants, but not on a heavy traffic street. The only "recreational" amenity was a seating and barbeque area on the patio in front of the building. My unit was spacious, but lacked a balcony. Only one washer/one dryer per floor.

The manager is a WONDERFUL lady. She has been nothing but kind and professional to me. Throughout the process of signing my lease and after renting from the company, it takes less than a day for her to respond on average when asking her any questions. She is always in her office insuring that the tenants’ apartment are up to par, and answering questions, and dealing with maintenance issues. On top of that, despite how stressful her job can be, she always has a friendly word to say and a smile on

The apartments are newly renovated, are clean and bug free and look so beautiful! I leave fruit on my counters and have a small dog/dog food out all day on the floor and have never seen any type of bug in the apartment.

Maintenance is quick to respond and address issues. I locked myself out of the apartment on accident on a Saturday and ________ (the maintenance man) told me that he would be able to get to me in 20 min!

The shower, sink, toilets... everything has worked perfectly. I know the building has old plumbing, just like almost every affordable building in LA... plumbing issues will happen occasionally no matter where you live. However, I have experienced none so far.

The environment of the area is beautiful, safe, and serene. I wanted to move somewhere where I felt safe as a 25 year old female living by herself, there was guest parking, and trees!

As much as I love LA, I don't like living in a busy area. The Waverly apartments are surrounded by trees and coming home is peaceful! You don't hear noise from cars or loud sketchy neighbors. It is perfect for walking dogs outside at night as well!

Gated parking! You get a spot inside the garage.

It's only been a week but so far my daughters and I really love it here at Waverly Gardens. The staff is very nice and the property is well kept. We made the right choice when deciding to move here. We look forward to meeting more of the community.
